Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are generally processed within one (1) business day
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to inventory availability, order volume, weather conditions, or operational factors

If a product is on backorder, this will be clearly noted on the product page along with an estimated restock timeframe.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Optimum Formula ships via USPS.

Available shipping options include:

  • Priority Shipping โ€“ Estimated delivery: 2โ€“3 business days
  • Express Shipping โ€“ Estimated delivery: 1โ€“2 business days

All delivery timelines are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for Priority or Express services. Once an order is tendered to the carrier, Optimum Formula is not responsible for carrier delays, routing issues, or delivery speed, and shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.


Shipping Protection โ€“ Terms & Conditions

Customers may optionally add Shipping Protection ($4.99) at checkout. By selecting Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms below.


What Shipping Protection Covers

Shipping Protection covers loss, damage, or theft while the package is in the USPS delivery system prior to being marked as โ€œDelivered.โ€


Delivered but Not Received

If USPS tracking shows โ€œDeliveredโ€ but the package cannot be located:

  1. The customer must submit a Missing Mail Request through the USPS Missing Mail Portal
  2. USPS must investigate and confirm loss or misdelivery
  3. Once USPS confirms the issue, the order becomes eligible for reshipment or refund under Shipping Protection

If USPS confirms successful delivery, Optimum Formulaโ€™s delivery obligation is considered fulfilled.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery
  • Clear photos of the damaged items and packaging are required
  • Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at Optimum Formula’s discretion

What Shipping Protection Does NOT Cover

Shipping Protection does not apply to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered without USPS confirmation of loss or misdelivery
  • Carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or routing issues that do not involve confirmed loss or damage

Claim Submission Requirements

  • All claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the ship date
  • Required documentation (USPS confirmation, photos, etc.) must be provided to process the claim

Final Notes

Shipping Protection is optional but strongly recommended. By completing checkout, customers acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and the full Terms of Service.
