Overview

Due to the specialized, regulated nature of our research-use-only compounds, all sales on OptimumFormula.co are final. We take extensive care to ensure each order is processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with applicable regulations. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy to protect product integrity and research safety.

In limited and specific circumstances, Optimum Formula may authorize a replacement, refund, or store credit at our sole discretion. Any exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy.

When Resolution May Be Provided

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery
  • Your message must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • If approved, we may issue a replacement or partial refund at our discretion

Undelivered Packages

If USPS tracking confirms a failed delivery or confirmed loss:

  • We will reship the order at no additional cost

Lost but Marked “Delivered”

If USPS tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  1. You must submit a Missing Mail Request through USPS
  2. USPS must investigate and confirm loss or misdelivery
  3. If USPS confirms loss or misdelivery, a reshipment may be issued

If USPS confirms successful delivery, Optimum Formula’s delivery obligation is fulfilled, and the order is not eligible for replacement or refund.

What Is Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Claims submitted outside the stated reporting timeframes
  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or improperly stored
  • Orders where USPS confirms successful delivery
  • Requests due to change of mind
  • Requests based on misunderstanding of product purpose (all products are for research use only)

Authorized Returns (If Approved)

If a return is explicitly authorized by Optimum Formula:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply (Min 25usd)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
