At Optimum Formula, product quality and transparency are our highest priorities. Every peptide we offer undergoes strict quality assurance to ensure purity, safety, and consistency.

✔️ Independent ISO-Certified Testing – Each batch is tested through Vanguard Labs, an ISO-certified facility trusted for precision and reliability.
✔️ Every Batch Verified – COAs are available for our most popular products, with detailed results shown directly in the gallery section of each product page.
✔️ Quarterly Sterility & Endotoxin Testing – Beyond standard purity analysis, we conduct quarterly sterility and endotoxin screenings to maintain uncompromising safety standards.
✔️ Single Source Manufacturing – All peptides are produced at the same trusted manufacturing facility, ensuring uniform quality across every batch.

Your confidence matters. That’s why we make our latest COAs easy to access—simply visit any product page to view the current batch results.

📖 How to Read a COA

We provide red arrows on the COA images below to highlight the most important information:

  • Report To – This shows the company the COA is issued to (e.g., Optimum Formula). This confirms the report belongs to us and our products.
  • Compound & Amount – The peptide name (e.g., GLP-R) and the total quantity (e.g., 20 mg) are listed in the top-right section. This ensures the report matches the product you’ve purchased.
  • Lot Number – Each COA is tied to a specific lot number. This number also appears on the peptide vial itself, so you can verify the exact batch tested.
  • Chromatographic Purity – Shows the peptide’s purity level (e.g., >99.80% ± 0.18%). This is one of the most critical markers of quality.
  • Assay – Confirms the actual measured quantity of peptide in the vial (e.g., 19.88 mg for a 20 mg vial), proving consistency between the labeled and actual content.
  • ISO Accreditation Stamp – The ISO certification seal guarantees the lab meets international quality testing standards.
  • Visual Vial Verification – A photo of the actual peptide vial is included, showing the batch number and sometimes cap color, so you can match it to your product.
  • Heavy Metals Testing – Each COA includes results for heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. In our reports, these consistently show as ND (Non-Detect), which means no harmful trace was measurable.
  • Endotoxin Testing – Endotoxins are bacterial by-products that must be kept extremely low.
    • On the COA, you’ll see something like 1.86 EU/mg for endotoxins. Here’s what that really means in plain English:

      • 1 mg = 1.86 EU (that’s the amount of endotoxins per mg.)

      • Even if the entire 10 mg vial was used all at once, that’s 18.6 EU total—still way under the 350 EU limit.

✅ Translation: Our endotoxin levels aren’t just safe… they’re well below international standards
